Markham Hill’s trail network is designed to connect people—to nature, to neighbors, and to the region. Trails begin just off your doorstep and lead through forest, meadow, and future gathering spaces. The signature Markham Loop, built early in the project, now forms a key segment of the Fayetteville Traverse, a citywide trail system that links campus, parks, and neighborhoods across town. With direct access to The Traverse, Markham Hill residents and visitors can walk or bike seamlessly to downtown Fayetteville, the University of Arkansas, and beyond.
